| State Police say 2 people sustained minor to moderate injuries last Thursday evening in the crash that occurred along Heckman Station Rd. near Rt. 75 in Tuscarora Twp. Juniata Co. The driver, 43-y/o Brian Baker of Burnham, was making a left curve & began to slide off the road when his vehicle struck an embankment. Upon impact, his 16-y/o passenger was thrown from the vehicle, landing on the embankment area. Baker’s vehicle then began to roll, throwing Baker from the vehicle onto the embankment. Police are charging Baker with several summary offenses including driving too fast for conditions & not reporting the crash to police. |
