| Aaron Peachey, CEO of A.J. Peachey & Sons, Inc., in a press release today, said the company will re-open in a limited capacity on June 14th. Hours will be from 7am-8pm at the site of the original store that was leveled by a fire earlier in the spring. The facility will house the Grocery/Deli, Restaurant, & Craft Shop. The Bakery will re-open 2 weeks later. This is the initial step toward the permanent facility which are still in development. The temporary restaurant will not have a dinner buffet, but will offer home cooking, ice cream, & an open-air dining area under a large tent. Peachey continues to offer his gratitude to everyone helping in the clean-up, site visitations, lunch/dinner preparation & serving, as well as the prayers & support of the public. |
